Shipping
We offer free shipping for domestic orders over $35.00
Shipping costs for are calcuated based on item weight and current postal rates. They will be reflected in your cart before you check out.
Orders are processed and shipped from our offices in Boston, MA and generally ship within 2-3 business days.
Domestic pacakges usually ship via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS with the following shipping times:
First Class Mail: 3-8 days
UPSP Priority + UPS Ground: 2-4 days
Custom orders and large orders will be shipped within 2 weeks of purchase, as they are one-of-a-kind and made just for you.
International Shipping
Please contact us for estimates on international shipping. Once shipped from our offices, please check with the carrier for any carrier delays occurring at the time of your shipment.
Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be in thier original condition, unopened and undamaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right as soon as possible.
Exchanges
We cannot offer exchanges at this time and the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect and process your refund within 3 business days. Returns are refunded to your original payment form, excluding non-refundable shipping costs. Please allow up to 2 weeks for it to appear on your account.
